La ciudad de Troy ha contratado a un equipo dirigido por River Street Planning & Development para revisar, reescribir y actualizar el código de ordenación territorial / zonificación de Troy. La actualización incluirá la evaluación de la salud económica general de la Ciudad, la forma y función de las construcciones existentes y el entorno natural. Se desarrollarán regulaciones simplificadas y sencillas para expresar la visión y los objetivos locales y estimular la inversión de alta calidad. El nuevo código de Troy será simplificado, coherente, equitativo y más fácil de entender y administrar.

The Catskill community had the chance to learn about the Downtown Revitalization Initiative and planning process and the Open Call for Projects. Everyone participated in activities to share their vision for Catskill's downtown and to identify downtown strengths, challenges, and opportunities.
